As Director of operations for Paine & Associates, Debra is directly involved with managing the company’s key functions. This includes daily office operations, accounts payable/receivable for several entities, payroll reporting as well as working with several Brokers, assisting them as needed.
Career Highlights
When Debra started her Real Estate career in 2002, she served with Craig Paine working one on one assisting him while he developed his first shopping center. Debra has assisted with marketing packages, layering aerial photographs with site plans, traffic counts, current retailers, and gathering demographic data.
Debra has extensive experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and QuickBooks. She understands how to work effectively to ensure efficiency in her work environment.
