Kenneth is currently working on his B.S. in Information Technology Management and has his first-class stationary engineer’s license, commercial drone pilot license, and CLEET reserve police officer certification.  Kenneth has over 11 years of operations and maintenance experience including 3 years as a Chief Engineer.  Kenneth has been involved with the operations and improvements of office, retail, industrial properties.  Kenneth has experience in commissioning new buildings and performing operational checks of the systems.  Kenneth proved instrumental in identifying and solving problems with the commissioning of the VAST bank building, working with the various subcontractors to verify that systems performed as promised, including, security, life safety, hydronic, HVAC, building automation, and building envelope systems.
