David is a seasoned property manager with experience simultaneously overseeing 16 properties with a combined 2.2 million square feet. David previously served as the Director of Operations, Property Manager and Vice President of Kanbar Properties in Tulsa. He has served on the Downtown Coordinating Council and in various capacities with other professional associations. He is licensed as real estate associate and a First Class Operating Engineer with the City of Tulsa, EPA, and Oklahoma State Boilers (Assoc), and has been trained by the Building Owners and Management Institute.
