Matt’s expertise spans various aspects of commercial real estate, including tenant representation, site selection, and retail development. His client portfolio includes a diverse range of notable companies such as Simon Premium Outlets, Ollie’s, Parkes Development Group, MOAB Development, Big Biscuit, W. K. Warren Foundation, American Bank and Trust, Aldi, Dave and Buster’s, Planet Fitness, Jiffy Lube, and Tommy’s.  Matt primarily focuses on commercial real estate opportunities in Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas.

He is actively involved in several professional organizations, serving as a board member of NAIOP Oklahoma, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Vice Chair of the Vision 2025 Sales Tax Overview Committee, and a board member of the Little Light House Title Holding Company. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Campbell University, where he played NCAA Division I Basketball, and a Master of Science from Kansas State University, where he served as an assistant basketball coach. Throughout his career, Matthew C. Mardis has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in commercial real estate, combining his extensive experience with active involvement in industry organizations and community initiatives.
