At the request of Mayor Dewey Bartlett, Matt serves on and was elected Vice Chair of the Vision 2025 Sales Tax Overview Committee, Matt received his B.S. from Campbell University where he played four years of NCAA Division I Basketball, and his M.S. from Kansas State University where he served as an assistant basketball coach.
