Founded by longtime successful real estate pro Craig Paine in 1990 as “Paine & Associates Commercial Real Estate”; the company has since evolved into Paine Commercial Real Estate and expanded its service offerings to include tenant representation, property management, marketing services, investment sales, and development consulting. Paine Commercial Real Estate’s primary geographic area of operation include Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. Paine Commercial also has national relationships that can be called upon to assist our clients with assignments in all fifty states.
