Paine & Associates is thrilled to announce that in the raw Sushi Bar is coming soon to Adams Creek Town Center! Caroline Santee Hughes and Madison Moon will be opening and operating the new Broken Arrow franchise location.
Founded by GREGORY Hughes in Tulsa, in the raw Sushi Bar has become a beloved Oklahoma concept, known for its exceptional sushi, steaks, seafood, craft cocktails, and vibrant atmosphere.
Alongside his wife, Ashley Hughes, Greg continues to expand the brand, with the next corporate location planned for Jenks in Spring 2028.
A special thanks to Matthew Mardis and Phillips Breckinridge of Paine & Associates, LLC who successfully closed the deal, bringing another exciting dining concept to Broken Arrow!
